Located on the first floor, this suite features our only private exterior entrance, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, an adjoining study, 12 ft ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. Enjoy a plush king size bed with 100% cotton linens, a light-weight duvet in consideration of that classic Southern weather and a luxurious Stearns & Foster mattress. 

The room has an eclectic mix of vintage décor and antique furnishings, while also boasting convenient modern highlights like a 55″ Smart TV, an adjustable speed ceiling fan, dimmable lighting, and extra plug-ins to ensure easy device charging.  With seating outside on the veranda just for you, you’ll have your very own spot to watch the world go by while you relax and enjoy the shade from the porte-cochère.

The adjoining private study features extra seating, a desk to work at, and a little kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and bar cart. With these extra amenities and the private entrance, this is the perfect option for longer stays.

Due to the private entrance and dedicated heating & cooling system, the Carriage Suite is our only pet-friendly accommodation. We charge a $25 pet fee per reservation. Guests wishing to bring their four-legged friends please see our pet policy for more details.
